The Things We

Don't Talk About

At Westpoint, we believe perimenopause, menopause and midlife health deserve to be talked about openly. We're helping bring these conversations into the open, with trusted information and practical support for what comes next.

Find out what might be happening, prepare for an appointment, and find support close to home in Western Sydney.

Women make up half of the population, which means perimenopause and menopause are part of life for around half of us. Still, many women navigate this biological transition without much information. About 1 in 4 women have no symptoms, and 1 in 4 have symptoms strong enough to affect their daily life. Wherever you sit, it helps to know what's happening and who you can talk to.

This hub is part of Westpoint's Women's Health & Menopause Campaign featuring Dr Ginni Mansberg. Here, we want you to know you're not alone. We'll break down some common experiences and point you to services here in the West that can help.
